CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Cancellation:
If you want to cancel your order completely, you need to contact our customer representatives or send an e-mail to the address specified in the communication section.
In cases where the order cannot be fully met, the payment made by the customer will be refunded and information will be provided.
In cases where the order is partially met, the customer is informed and transactions are made for this order in line with the customer's request. (Sometimes the customer places an order with the condition that you only send what is met and refund my payment for the rest, or they may say replace the missing order with another product or cancel the entire order.)
Orders for which the transfer is not made within a week (7 days) will be canceled.
Return:
The return conditions of the purchased product or service are within the framework of consumer rights. The purchased product can be returned to us within a week in its original condition (suitable for resale), in accordance with the conditions, without giving any reason. Such return requests after a week will not be taken into consideration. Shipping costs in returns are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Paid cargoes will definitely not be accepted and will not be received. The returned product will be checked for compliance with the conditions, and if appropriate, the refund will be made within 1 month at the latest from the notification of the result to the customer. The refund will deduct the expenses such as bank, intermediary, cargo etc. covered by our company.
Unless otherwise stated in the warranty conditions of our products, if the packaging of the product is opened, the gelatin is torn, the warranty label is removed, it is definitely out of warranty and no return will be accepted.
