KUDRA Soaps: are made from high-quality vegetable oils that undergo a safe chemical reaction with a sodium hydroxide/lye solution. No soap base or synthetic foaming agents are used. As a result of the chemical reaction, sodium hydroxide and oils transform into soap, leaving behind their original properties. In the formulation of KUDRA soaps, an extra input of oils is added to prevent any remaining lye. This additional oil also provides extra care for the skin. Handmade natural soaps have a pH value of 9, while our skin, being more acidic, has an average pH of 5.5. Many of you may have concerns about this, influenced by advertisements. Let’s clear up the confusion: Healthy skin has the ability to return to its normal pH level. Since products like soap are rinsed off quickly, they do not cause a lasting pH change on the skin. In fact, the pH level in soaps is often used by global soap traders as a marketing tactic to make you prefer pH-adjusted synthetic soaps and gel cleansers over natural soaps. However, what you should pay attention to is that leave-on products like toners and creams must match the skin's pH level, as they remain on the skin. KUDRA Face Toners and Moisturizers are always controlled to maintain a pH level of 5.5.

We use eco-friendly raw materials like fresh plant hydrosols, extra virgin olive oil, raw shea butter, coconut oil, and grape seed oil. Our soaps get their natural colors from various minerals chosen according to their properties. We incorporate natural antibacterial agents like essential oils derived from steam distillation of plants such as palmarosa, orange, and mint. These essential oils not only add a pleasant scent but also have aromatherapeutic benefits while cleansing the skin. We do not include palm oil or animal fats in our formulations.
